Nearly 60% of Internet Users View Websites on Phones

It's now more important than ever to be sure your website looks as good on a phone as it does on a computer.

Responsive websites enhance user experience on smartphones and tablets by eliminating the need to zoom in and out.

> Text remains readable

> Images are appropriately sized

> Navigation is intuitive

Besides improved user experience, responsive sites positively impact search engine optimization. Google and other search engines prioritize responsive sites in their search rankings.

Does Your Website Pass the Test?

To see if your site is responsive, pull it up on a computer, a tablet, and your phone. Then ask:

1 - Is it easy to navigate on each device?

2 - Is the text easy to read on each device?

3 - Are the images appropriately sized for the surrounding text?

4 - Do I need to zoom in or out to read any portion of the website?

If you discover that the only device your website looks good on is a computer, then you do not have a responsive site.

If your site looks equally good on all the devices, chances are it was designed in a responsive fashion.

Each year, the number of people viewing websites on mobile devices grows. If your website is not mobile-friendly, you stand a higher chance of missing out on this increased mobile traffic.
